In a thrilling Crosstown Rival matchup, the North Belton 8A Broncos faced off against the South Belton Tigers, showcasing a rollercoaster of momentum shifts. The game kicked off with a slow start for North in the first quarter, but they quickly turned the tide with an impressive second-quarter performance. As halftime arrived, the South Belton Tigers roared back into the game, displaying strength and determination. However, the North Belton Broncos steadily pulled away, showcasing their resilience and strategic play. The scoreboard reflected the standout performance of North. Alexa King led the charge with an impressive 16 points, while Layla King closely followed with 15. Jordan Carter contributed 8 points, adding to the team's overall success. Mecca Jefferson and Eowyn Bristol rounded out the scoring with 4 and 3 points, respectively, highlighting the balanced offensive effort. In the end, North Belton's teamwork and individual brilliance secured them a well-deserved victory, leaving fans on the edge of their seats throughout the Crosstown Rival clash.
