The NBMS 7A volleyball team battled hard against Midway, falling in three competitive sets. After dropping the first set, the Broncos came out strong in the second set and played some of their best volleyball of the match, forcing a decisive third set. NBMS came out strong in the final set, but a few defensive errors late in the set allowed Midway to pull ahead and ultimately take the match. Several Broncos stepped up throughout the match. London Thompson led the way with strong serving runs and some impressive digs, while Paige Brown-Roberts also contributed key serving runs. Val Arroyo showed tremendous versatility and willingness to step into positions she had not prepared to play. Khloe Davila made several great defensive plays and came up with important digs. Despite the loss, the Broncos showed fight, resilience, and a willingness to compete until the very end.
